How much is shipping?

We offer free standard shipping (USA only) to our customers via USPS! Expedited shipping is also available at checkout and will vary based upon your location. If you have special shipping requests, feel free to email us at sales@diamondshoppeinc.com. 

Do you accept returns?

We stand behind our craftsmanship 100% and produce only the highest-quality jewelry to last you a lifetime. Before sending to you, we quality inspect each item to make sure it's perfect. Upon delivery, if you are unsatisfied please notify us as soon as possible and we will take care of you! Personalized jewelry is non-refundable and final sale. To return a item, please contact us at sales@diamondshoppeinc.com or call us at 760-487-5080 with details of the issue and reason for the return. We will then send you shipping instructions and a shipping label to send it back to us!

Can I track my order?

Of course! Please allow up to 4 weeks for any custom orders to be made and shipped to you. Once it's ready to go, we will email you a shipping confirmation that includes your tracking number. We also have ability to rush orders sometimes as well, if you have any special needs please feel free to give us a call at 760-487-5080 or email sales@diamondshoppeinc.com.

What materials do you use to make your jewelry?

At The Diamond Shoppe, we believe in using only the finest of materials to preserve the longevity of your fine jewelry. We offer solid 10k gold, 14k gold, and 18k gold; as well as platinum. There also are some men's bands options in tungsten. We specialize in making only solid gold options, however upon request if you'd like we can also offer you sterling silver or "plated gold" options.
